Strategic Long Range Plan

The purpose of the Strategic Long Range Plan (SLRP) is to provide a working framework to guide the future direction, planning, and decision making of RELC. This plan outlines the focus areas for progress and growth and is reviewed every three years. It requires continuous input from the congregation to validate the content and reassess as needed.

The SLRP contains our vison, mission, and core values which assist us in developing our identity and guiding our strategic decisions. We strive for all of our programming, activities, and decision making to reflect these tenants.
